You DO need cardio in your program, however if you ever want to see tone in your muscles YOU MUST do strength training. You’ll burn 3x more calories at rest by doing resistance training instead of cardio.
You will still have success in the challenge if you’re not competitive. With our accountability group, home workout routines, and 24/7 support, we’ll give you the extra push without being too “pushy.”
