Three 10 Minute Fat Burning Circuits When Time Is Limited


With the year winding down we find ourselves working more so we can meet our deadlines and 4th quarter numbers. Or we are just trying to high tail it out of the office for a much needed vacation.

Regardless of which category you fall into, a common occurrence is a significant decline in our gym attendance. The work days are longer, it gets dark earlier, and its actually cold. By the end of the day no one wants to go to the gym, and its understandable, BUT not acceptable.

I have created three 10 Minute Fat Burning Circuits anyone can do. All bodyweight, requiring no equipment, these circuits can be done in the office during a coffee break, or in your living room while you are watching some Netflix.

We recommended doing these circuits 5-6 times within a day. Properly exerting yourself will get you the same results as going to the gym for an hour. These circuits are life savers, especially now during the holiday season.
