Being a busy work professional is stressful, but being a busy work professional AND parent?!?! I could only imagine how inflexible your schedule and routines are.
As a result I see many parents put their fitness aside and become inactive. Being sedentary combined with long periods of sitting down or driving have negative effects on our posture, health, and etc.
If you don’t have time to get into the gym for a full workout, I recommend at least stretching and loosening up the muscles.
