The DC Fitness Diet: Phase 2

I retreated to my hippie roots in phase 1, wearing an Amulet around my neck, spouting off ways to create an optimal mindset for your diet.

In phase 2, I step away from my lentil soup and get a little more controversial in teaching you how to set and track your calories.

While “clean eating” is important, it’s just not enough.

If you only chose to do one phase of this diet, this phase, setting and tracking your calories, would give you the best results.

Now, because we are looking for long term results (and keeping your sanity), I recommend not skipping phase 1.

So, without further ado, here’s a detailed explanation on how to set your caloric intake for your specific goal(s) and track them throughout your day:

Whatever your goals are, and especially for physique, diet is responsible for 50% of your results.
