[VLOG] Don’t Want To Bulk Up? How To Increase Strength Without Putting on Muscle

I had my final suit fitting for my wedding last Saturday after my strength training.

Typically, I would freak out if I had done strength training before getting fitted because of the size I was putting on.

I started incorporating “ascending strength” exercise programming (shout out to Jordan Syatt), which allows me to still increase my strength without putting anymore size.

I leave for my bachelor party tomorrow, and my wedding is at the end of the month. I’m trying to still cut weight and body fat without increasing any muscle, so ascending strength programming has been key for me.
