"I'm a working mom of two. When I started having kids 7 years ago my lifestyle was certainly not healthy at all. I just didn't feel like myself. My depression was really bad."
Jessie knew she needed to change. She knew that she had tried so many times in the past but got burnt out within the first month. She knew she needed accountability.

The best part? Regaining her strength.
As an ex-college athlete, she competed in rowing alumni every year and was so out of shape and didn't perform well.
This year? She crushed it and was ready to go for another round after.
"It was the most amazing thing ever to be able to do that. I had a smile on my face the rest of the day. That was the biggest win for sure.
