This is the follow up to a post I made 8 weeks ago.
In which someone called me "toxic masculinity" and threatened me to take the post down. SMH. WTF is that anyways??? I'm doing a scientific research article to see if a method works to boost testosterone levels. Boost in testosterone isn't just to build muscle and lose body fat. It's to not feel like shit all the time. High energy, clarity, better mental health.
Finally got my bloodwork done after performing the 3x/day routine.
In the video, you'll see this method works and my results. VERY WELL.
BUT:
❌It's highly inconvenient
❌You have to continually do it to keep your test levels high (I'm definitely not)
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY WHY YOU SHOULDN'T DO IT:
Because you're not ready.
99.95% of the males reading this aren't:
❎Sleeping more than 7 hours
❎Eating anti-inflammatory foods only
❎Hitting advanced strength training 5+ days per week
❎Drinking a gallon of water a day
❎Using recovery techniques (stretching, foam rolling, ice baths, contrast showers) daily
❎Having a body fat lower than 15%

😵DOES THIS WORK?
Yes, it freaking works.
But boosting your test levels naturally WORKS WAY BETTER. And you don't have to inconveniently ice your balls 3x/day.
A bunch of people just looking for the QUICK FIX.
